Hostile takeovers startingIt looks like the hostile takeovers of the beat up miners that were hoping to cash in on the coming electric vehicle boom has started. The Australian miner Lynas who prodiuces rare earth metals used in electric motors, has just received a hostile offer from Wesfarmers. It represents a 45% premium from the recent $2 share price, but Lynas traded as high as $20/share in 2010. So who will be next?
