So it looks like they're selling the Canadian assets for $$41.5 million.

At the current float of 316.45 million shares, that's a share price of $0.13 for just the Canadian assets. I'm not sure what the US stuff is worth.

BZAM Management is getting a pretty good deal.

So essentially ASNT will get $$41.5 million in cash and keep the US stuff for the time being. It will be interesting to see how the share price reacts.
