Time for change?

Time for change?I have talked about this before, I believe the topic is more relevant now than ever. The timing is right for a leader change for Tic. It would be a natural progression for a start up company to have to change leadership. One CEO surely cannot posess all the skill set needed from start to finish. Nelson has received more than adequate compensation for his tenure, now I hope there is a plan to recruit a leader to take TIC through its next building phase. Bubbs.
