CVW CleanTech Inc. is a Canada-based clean technology royalty company. The Company is in the process of building a portfolio of royalty-based cash flow streams by partnering with clean technology innovators in the commodity space. It is focused on providing solutions to the mining sector of Canada's oil sands industry. It has a concentrator plant (CP) and a mineral separation plant.

Totally agree. Scott has used his government contacts and strengths to get us where we are. The $50 million is testament to that. TIC is going to change real fast, as you say, from "start up" to "implement and grow" and that will require a different set of leadership skills.

As I'm sure we all are, I am just so excited to see what comes out during the next few weeks leading up to the AGM. Its just been SO long.....
