The Glob & Mail rubbist

The Glob & Mail rubbist Can someone enlighten me please? Why the Globe and mail keep on publishing negative article on BBD, publishing the same article twice? They are not an investment vehicle a far as I am concern. Are they just bashing anything coming from Quebec or is there any other motive. I just dont get it.
