Shareholder voting is even more important than political voting. In this case anyone who does not take the time to vote will have their shares counted towards the yes vote. If i don't like the deal its up to me to send that message to managenent. If the deal is approved regardless at least i will know i did what i could to change the outcome. Otherwise i am literally allowing others to decide for me what will happen to my investment. I do not manage my own investments because i think others will do better than me, i am involved, activity, to beat what banks etc have produced for me in the past. Vote, don't vote (and be counted as a yes) or vote yes. The majority will decide. Eom
