We all know what happened. Although I think it did have one last run to 13$ first before fully collapsing and at that point daytraders had taken over like termites and it was game over.
Companies go under for one reason and one reason only: when it gets obvious that they cannot fulfill their long term debt obligations. Then the race to zero happens fast.
With the next recession coming by end of 2020, I'm not confident that Maxar can turn this ship. The smart money is already out and top mamagement has evacuated the ship and quit, just like the people who knew first the Titanic was sinking.
