RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:IF THE HIP SHAREHOLDER VOTE IS SO MEANINGLESS.........Bla Bla Bla everyone. If there is anyone that is going to offer a competing offer it will be before this deal closes. Talk and speculation is cheap. Everyone now knows the numbers and earnings. If there is no offer from another Company, it is clear that this is the best we can get. If it falls through, this company will get hammered.

I am a long, who hopes someone comes in with a better offer. If not, HEXO is our best chance to compete with the big boys who are valued upto 30X of HEXO. If we can get to even half half that, all longs and warrants holders will be very happy. The chance of that happening without HEXO is ZERO.

Simply put, if we don't see another offer, THIS WAS the best offer and no body cares about HIP.
