BNP - February 2019 - Letter to Shareholders
BNP - February 2019 - Letter to ShareholdersRE: February 2019 - Letter to Shareholders Dear Shareholders: The purpose of this monthly letter is to bring BNP shareholders up to date, on issues and news, since the last letter. The following is a summary of business development activities for this month: 1. Marthas Vineyard Project (MVP): (a) Met with a contact in Edmonton, Alberta during this past month, and received positive input on the process. Were now looking at a package of other issues, requiring resolution, to be added to the MVP. The success in selling the cost benefits, and resolving the other issues as part of a package deal, would be required to pave the way for approving this project. (b) One of our shareholders offered assistance with the web page. Many thanks for the offer. We will be in touch soon. (c) Next step is to get our Trademarks registered in both Canada and the USA. (d) Once trademarks are in order, the website development can proceed. (e) More information to follow once trademarks and website are ready. We will also require a final consultation with the 3rd parties before going live. (f) With the travel, website development and consultations, MVP will keep our management team busy through Q3. We are cautiously optimistic as we proceed to the final steps of the process. If we are successful with MVP, we plan on updating the financial statements and audit for 2013 2018, allowing the company to start trading again. I have been meeting with our future management team, and briefing the team on our progress. It is our intention that our current management team (4 brothers) will carry the MVP project through to completion. At the next scheduled special general meeting, we will be proposing that a new management team will take the company forward. We have also been discussing a special dividend, and hope to work with the new management team to raise $100 million, once the shares are trading again. Our goal is to create a value of $0.10 - $0.25 per share, if a deal can be completed. If successful, well tell our story at a future Prospectors and Developers Conference in Toronto.
