Very good post by @Lexcon on CEO.ca April 1st 2019 about significantly increasing RNX milling capacity:

«The process time allocated to RNX at the toll mill they were using was 13 days of RNX ore processing and 20 days of processing ore for another company. That means RNX was only able to utilize the toll mill 38% of the time. If they plan to ramp mine production back up to 100%,or even increase beyond what previously was 100% production rate, and want to process enough ore to increase gold production and increase cash flow for the company then having a 38% utilization rate for the tolling mill would be a huge bottleneck...especially if the management knows they have a lot of gold mineralization available to process. Purchasing a mill of their own gives them the ability to increase utilization rate up to 100% if needed (and if they retain the services of the tolling mill as well, they can have 138% utilization of mill processing time for the year and really run the ore production up significantly. »
