Bruce Linton midas letter

Bruce Linton midas letterIn case you missed the interview with Bruce Linton last week the first 9 minutes are very insightful into the THC beverage space and where the industry is dynamically expanding, which is pretty rudimentary unless you have been living under a rock. In my opinion, I always enjoy watching Bruce Speak as I find him insightful into the industry. As for Tinley, I hope we see more of Rick doing talks rather than Jeff. Please do not get me wrong Jeff is a great guy, but I find Rick to be more of a natural speaker.

Another angle that is not talked about too much is the eventual oversupply of cannabis into the market place, and the postive impact to the beverage space through an improved margin. Although, not an issue in California at present, and Canada seems to have its' on set of problems with rolling out physical stores - do not get me started on this. The cannabis space will eventually have a oversupply issue with regulated and controlled cannabis, which actually works well for the THC beverage space. Branding aside, an oversupplied cannabis market creates a higher profit margin for the beverage space due to the competitive shift and resulting lower price for a kilogram of cannabis which obviously increases margin for companies selling edibles and beverage.
