RE:RE:After Ford & Volkwagen

RE:RE:After Ford & Volkwagen"People here seems not to price in QUality. 6.5% of NMX vs 3% average of China is not just double. It's more than 10x. It's not linear the purity level, it's exponential, in term of battery potentiality."

I don't know where to start with this one Mr. Advisor. The 3% or 6.5% concentrate grade is irrevelant, with respect to the final battery grade product.

Are you not aware that the Whabouchi reserves have a pit grade of 1.53%? And the Whabouchi operation then beneficates the feed stock into a 6.5% lithium purity? And from there, the Shawinigan elecrochemical plant then further refines it into a +99.5% battery grade lithium product?

Using your China example, their in-pit reserves could be somewhere around 1%, then they run it through their concentrate plant and beneficate to a 3% purity, and then further process through a different facility to a +99.5% battery grade lithium! Every lithium reserve is unique and requires different benefication and purity processings, all dicatated by flow sheet ecomonics.

To compare one's concentrate to another is obsurd.....if the end goal is a high purity battery grade product. As the case with Nemaska. Mr. Advisor, you now seem [over] obsessed with Nemaska producing and marketing a spodumene concentrate product. And very confusing!

I Believe current price are close or the bottom and projected EBITDA and revenues will soar as lithium prices goes north, being the result of over estimated supply and underestimated demand, as per last big players in the sectors revealed in Q1 (producers ramp up failed orr is slowed while demand from EV carmarkers is exploding and company like Ford and Volkwagen will spends dozen of billions by 2022 to get 20-30% of their sales 100% electrics.

People here seems not to price in QUality. 6.5% of NMX vs 3% average of China is not just double. It's more than 10x. It's not linear the purity level, it's exponential, in term of battery potentiality.

Which means, NMX production would be 100% sold if it was out today. All of the battery producers and Catode producers stated severals time their return is way higher with better purity, even paying a premium, which NMX's did not priced in atm.

Cheers
