RE:RE:CEO on BNN
RE:RE:CEO on BNN"At such prices, for me, it's a scream buy. They have the money to finish the mines (275mm in bank account) and 25-30% of outputs to be sold... On top of it, they invested 300 millions , are permitted, and have the lowest cost wolrdwide for hydroxide ..." Mr. Pulcan, only you and Mr. Advisor type $300 million as.....300 millions [plural]!
Mr. Pulcan, only you and Mr. Advisor type $275 million as.....275mm!
Only you and Mr. Advisor refer to the Nemaska mining operation as.....mines [plural]!
Only you and Mr. Advisor are pushing the concentrate operation!
Only you and Mr. Adivsor are trying to convince us readers that there is enough money to finish the so-called 'mines'!
PulcanFan88 = TheAdvisor.FRWM?
It sure looks that way!

Can you provide the link of this interview
2) regarding your question, it's seems pretyt clear to me. The offtake had calculation agreemnt based on value of the Lithium. Since they are down, a part of the offtake (agreement currently effective, or renewal part of the agreement, might be valued at a lower price of the prices expected when they signed. Which means, to get to the 1yr after they started prod and be cash flow sufficient alone, they will need a part of that 375mm in the working capital
At such prices, for me, it's a scream buy. They have the money to finish the mines (275mm in bank account) and 25-30% of outputs to be sold... On top of it, they invested 300 millions , are permitted, and have the lowest cost wolrdwide for hydroxide ...
Please someone answer my question1

Just listened to the interview,Guy said part of the reason we need 375 million is,"reassesment of Lithium(spodumene) price,because it has dropped".Question.....how does the price of Lithium change the costs of construction of the mine and electrochemical plant?????After all, the associated costs of construction were already accounted for.Next,"there are enough funds on hand for the company's needs for 3-4 months",after that??????
