RE:RE:DEAR: Mr. CONTRARIAN !!! They aren't going to buyback shares I am almost sure of it even though I think a small purchase could go a long way. What I would really like is for them to buy back the warrants. Last I checked they were trading at .06 cents. That means Sherritt could eliminate the potential dilution of over 29 million shares (depending on cobalt price) in the future for a only 2.8 million dollars.
It might seem far fetched that this company could be higher than 1.95 in less than 2 years but I'd like to remind people that it is a highly leveraged play on nickel and cobalt which in of themselves are highly volitile. Things could turn on a dime and if they do Sherritt won't need the cash from those share sales.
I think the collapse in SP can, in no small part, be attributed to that share issuance. Obviously not the only thing but I certainly think it exaserbated it. I would at least like them to do something to partially repair the damage they caused.
