Sell the Eagle Ford

Sell the Eagle FordSmart play right now for management. If you check all the recent sales of Eagle Ford property we should be able to get 38,0000 production at the following price per flow barrel

50,000 = 1.9 Billion
60,000 = 2.28 Billion
70,000 = 2.66 Billion
90,000 = 3.42 Billion

The property is considered in the prime area and by all accounts a top shelf asset. Company should be able to wipe out its debt completely, buy back a huge number of shares plus have a bunch of money available(depending on sale price) to invest in developing Viking, Duverney and Heavy Oil.
We would be essentially a debt free company producing around 55 -60 boe per day with the ability to then increase production organically.

Managements job is to make money for the company and to create shareholder value. Not to just produce lots of oil, not to dilute, not to sit on their hands and find ways to get more financing, not to just sit and wait for 5 years. This solution would unlock a huge amount of value - which clearly exists in this undervalued company.

Get off your behinds and earn your paycheques!
