Seems to be insider support at 4 cents, as there was in 2012. It would be idiocy for federal and provincial governments to let this fail now given taxpayer contributions to date and ever more pressing environment related political objectives. So neoliberals will be lining up to scream "let the market decide", as if the market wasn't already entirely shaped by the politics of the environment, or as neoliberals call it an "externality".
