This appears to be an opportunistic smash and grab by the Aussies for a pittance. Synergies don't enter into it.  By what manner of corporate finance logic can management or the Board justify this deal...and without any premium?  There must be some unknown unknowns working behind the scenes because it feels like we are getting our tail-feathers plucked. Feeling had, mad, bad and sad after all these years. G Egen in London.
