Has trading dried up?

Has trading dried up?Very few trades.  Less than 1/10 th of 1%.  Everybody is watching and waiting to see what gets released for the AGM.  Believers won't sell because they think PLI has a better mousetrap and buyers won't buy because they think PLI may be a ponzi scheme.  The truth is out there somewhere.
