This security is looking like a mule to feed the crooks.... best to call them out and have them answer to disguising fraud.  Shareholders are investing and trusting management to do the honourable and respectful thing.
Too often loser companies screw investors because they can’t properly manage a company that should be a no-brainer!  Use our money to create the ;Infrastructure, Market, Plant, Harvest, Packege and Sell.... basic supply chain management.
 Lets get it rolling already.....
