I don't think this will happen. Relationships have been built between LPs and customers over last 5 years and no government will dare to disturb the delicate balance that exist today. The pharmacy retail model largely run by Loblaws/Mckesson/Private all benefit directly from today's model as well and the risk of distribution across all pharmacy channels would far outweigh the benefits from Heallth Canada POV. Note Loblaws/Shoppers is already following the retail model today by being a licensee under HC (with their online presence)
