RE:RE:Nice company move

The company has been on my radar for a while for potentially starting a position. I haven't done so yet. With this latest move I see no rush to do so. The investment thesis is increasing age demographics leading to long term increase in demand for their products. They seem to hold a relatively unique market position. Operational issues tend to be short lived and long term can be managed.
