In March 28, 2019, RYU Apparel Closes Final Tranche of $6 Million Private Placement.

From the above news:

“ The Chief Executive Officer and a company controlled by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company subscribed for a total of 2,666,666 Units under the Final Tranche......”

RYU closed a final tranche of the non-brokered private placement financing of up to 80,000,000 units at a price of $0.075 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,000.

Now, the share price is only 6.5 cents per share. Wow....
