RE:RE:Hey guys, I know this is the SNNVF board, but check my mathMaybe the only thing offputting is the rapid rise in both compaines PPS. However, from everything I've read this is going to be one dynamite company. Is my math correct?

CLRBF 1000@$12.17= $12,170.  1000k CLRBF x .8428 = 842.8 shares ORHOF. 842.8 x $12.17 =  $10,256.876. Today's closing price for ORHOF $8.95. $8.95 x 842.8 = $7,543.06.
$10,256.88 - $7,54306 = $2,713.82 in premium over current value per 1,000 shares of CLRBF at today's closing prices. This is if the merger closed today. How's my math? Not sure what premium would be.
