Well instead of assuming or speculating, i emailed my contacts at TSN and the following reply:

Was this the info we were waiting on regarding CM and Albion process increasing gold and silver etc. recovery rates?

Was this what was expected? Seems low but certainly way better then existing rates without this.

Hi RXXXX
No this is not the info we’re waiting for on the Albion Process.  We still haven’t received anything on that.  This is a different technology that had been tested by Nyrstar (the previous owner).  We want to have another option in case the Albion Process testing does not provide the results we’re hoping for and this provides us with that option.


So as you can see this  is NOT Albion nor the final word on what we are waiting on.  I spoke to Glen also and that they are patiently waiting on Albion details and once received and reviewed will be released.  So sit tight and we shall have our answers soon.
