RE:PREPARoadapples
Patience my friend, good things are happening.
PREPA initiated the Feb 26 meeting with GRB as they want to move forward with green energy power in PR.
GRB attended the meeting with a solid six man team and a very strong presentation.
Negotiations are ongoing, moving forward, and an agreement could be achieved this month.
Due to the delicate nature of the negotiations I would not expect any news releases until a definitive conclusion has been reached as neither side will want to disrupt or prematurely report on the negotiations.
PR has mandated that the country move to green energy.
While previously there was a lot of corruption and disorder in PR the US government has stepped in and is now over seeing operations in PR and ensuring things proceed orderly, lawfully, and legally.
GRB has the biggest and best site for solar power in PR.
Of the dozen or so companies that have applied to supply power in PR, GRB has the largest project and is the only company that has filed a law suit to protect their interest.
GRB has a solid and legally binding Power Purchase Agreement [PPA] in place.
The GRB law suit is also a solid and legal entity that would stand up in court if necessary.
GRB has the financing ready to go to build the Montalva Solar Farm.
Sage Ranch is moving forward.
RealBlock is also progressing.
GRB also has the Blue Mountain and Gauzy Glass assets.
GRB has less than 20M shares out and is tightly held.
GRB is going to be split into two companies, one retaining the Energy Projects and one containing the Real Estate and RealBlock Projects, each trading independently, so existing shareholders will get an equal number of shares of the new company, if you sell now you get no shares of the new company, buying shares now and you will also be getting free shares of the new company, buying now and you are effectively getting two shares for the price of one.
And don’t forget, JC previously took WESTERN WIND from a ten cent seed stock with $250K in capital and developed it into a fully functioning wind farm in Tehachapi, CA, and ultimately sold the project to BROOKFIELD ENERGY for $420M and netting $2.60 per share for all shareholders.
Good things are happening.
GRB at less than a buck is a steal!
Long and Strong
