So they received approval to do a share buy back and now they filed to dilute more. These guys dont make any sense. They have so much going on and in a month all they have to tell us is the have added PINS and they have done a prospectus. Pretty damn dissapointing if you ask me. They just cant seem to keep the share price stable atleast.
