Thank you kindly for posting this information.

Merlin991,

Obviously Chris Temple was only going off of the information that was provided by Gregg Sedun and Mark Bailey, two individuals who have displayed a penchant for not wishing to disclose the fact that a superior offer was in the process of being presented to the company by Keith Piggott.

I don't see Keith Piggott's statements posted in the Core Gold webpage of news releases, do you ?  As far as I am concerned, the information recently provided by Keith Piggott would have had a substantial material effect on our company and its valuation.

The appearance of a lack of full disclosure.

CFO Sam Wong continuously stating to shareholders that there was no other viable option(s) for the company in both emails and verbally at PDAC.

An apparent lack of acting in good faith in honouring a contract when Titan Minerals and 4 of the  board of directors of Core Gold terminated the 60 DayGo Shop Period after only two weeks, as soon as a superior offer was almost completed.

Board members apparently not performing their fiduciary duty of acting in the best interests of Core Gold and its shareholders by blocking this far superior offer from being completed.

quoted for truth

It appears that Chris Temple's "digging" did not include gaining an understanding of the lock up agreements posted on Sedar in the middle of March.
