RE:RE:RE:RE:Anyone reviewing the OH CL dealall good points MS and thanks!

glad you've enjoyed the oh ride! i do think the oh and cl merger is huge for those guys and i struggled with the decision to sell but it seems Marc and Afzal will take more of a backseat and frankly I was not pleased with Marc doing this deal.
What Chuck is doing with dixi strikes me as the route oh should have been aggressively taking over the last 6 months, (much of that time clearly was spent talking to suitors) do the big jv's and get your brands into as many distribution markets as possible.  i also don't like that cl is aggressively growing via dilution and i see short to midterm vulnerability in the sp (due to what i consider a ridiculous valuation). longerterm (5+ years out, cl will more than likely be one of the industry behemoths in the us and will be a multiple of its current mkt cap i imagine) . but it also may have 500 - 600M shs o/s by then. my hope is dixi will not be bought out early and that mgt stops share issuance around 200M shs o/s via one carefully timed placement before serious bottom line cashflow funds future growth/expansion. all remains to be seen and all imo!
