I did not say to buy back the shares now. secondly the vote they took in December was to give them room if they neeed to do it. right now getting the production up is inportant nothing else. Why people want on the Nasdaq is for greed the company makes decisions based on what they think is best for the company. If those decisions are correct then the price moves up, the company makes money and they use that money to pay dividends, increase the value of the company by purchasing assets or buying ack shares.
