New info on SEDAR with KOSHA farms

Anybody see the new info from april 2nd regarding the Kosha projects...

It says they will aquire 51% of Kosha and develop a 50 000sq.ft. greenhouse... Tought it was suposed to be 400 000sq.ft.....

Why was there no NR...

Any insight on that ??
