I really don't think Management retaining flaky individuals for consulting and investor relations, without any due diligence, paying them in advance several millions of dollars....is taking appropriate steps to create value for shareholders.
When I look at the press releases over the past year, all I see is....fluff! And no one stepping up to the plate to fund this company, other than the Van Deventers to keep the lights on. Therefore, management is guilty of one of two possible scenarios...
1) they participated in the Bridgemark Scheme for some sort of possible gain, or...
2) they are extremely naive and/or stupid! And their leadership skills should come into question. Shareholders took a nasty hit on dilution over this.
So what was a possible gain in scenario 1? Well, the eleven CSE Issuers caught up in this Bridgemark scandal were promised promotion, pump, possible acquistion ending in much higher stock prices....including PREV. So what was Van Deventer's possible motive? Well, seeing as how over extended they are [IMHO], they could possibly reduce their risk, by reducing their some of their holdings on the promised stock price rally. IMHO
