Full Q1 2019 - Dieter - ousting Rumble from the Board

Full Q1 2019 - Dieter - ousting Rumble from the BoardDoes anyone know what the final numbers are? At time of conference call, final figures had not been compiled yet... or they were not deemed fit for disclosure. We're used to ruses coming from our our loyal board members.
Concerning Dieter resigning, I hope it is not a sign of negative news to come as directors and officers of corporations frequently jump ship before it sinks. It'd be nice to know the reasons why he decided to leave, and at a time where all the stars are aligned!!! Silly boy, isn't he? However, I hope he doesn't think he'll get away scott free if TSO3 folds: after all, he was an active (?) board member endorsing Rumble's disastrous path.
Lastly, as is my right as a shareholder, I will vote against any nomination for Rumble to be on our board, thus severing this horrendous episode and conflict of interest that's been carried on for too many years. Progressive and honest corporations recommend not to have the CEO on their board. Let's all make sure we voice our opinion on our proxies. I suppose the other directors will vote Rumble as the uncontested CEO/president.
