Like I said there will be more than enough to do a trial in the USA with those 54 cent warrants and my feeling is everything is all lined up to start HC very soon. I don't expect it to take 2 months to treat 20-30 in Canada. We actually now are able to start in the USA with the "Right-to-Try" and we can charge them for it.

I don't think the day traders will wait for the official start of the trial since I believe most of that is already baked in the sp. I can't see them holding through the patient selection process as that could take months. There's always the possibility of a JV but even then TLT would need money to hold up their end of the bargain. It's unlikely another company would solely bankroll an expensive phase 2 trial without having more evidence of efficacy. If TLT were to report good patient results from different testing sites early on in the trial then that might be a different story. Then again it may take at least the 9 month point of the phase 2 trial to convince both the media and the investing public to take the treatment seriously.

Skier59, since I can remember people on this board have been trying to suggest that a clinical trial can be done expeditiously and at a bargain price. Big pharma who is experienced in such matters will tell you different. In actual fact no matter what the enthusiasm is surrounding a new drug or medical procedure the efficacy process turns out to be an expensive and frustratingly slow process. IMO, it would be wishful thinking that the American arm of the trial would be made  up exclusively of right to try patients. I don't think the FDA would allow you to exploit sick people by asking them to pay for as yet an unapproved procedure. A lot of different figures have been thrown around this board concerning how many warrants have been cashed. I prefer to wait until the company makes it official. Remember, they hired a CEO to try and make the device division profitable. Their expansion plans are going to take money to implement. I can't see how the warrant money will be enough to satisfy the needs of both divisions.
