I'm just saying that we have now opened the door to the USA markets because of our successful Phase1b, with the Right-to-Try. With the great success of the Phase1b I think it could be easy to motivate some NMIBC patients in the USA to pay for this treatment. If I were in their skin I certainly would do it. With the ridiculous fees the Big Pharma's charge for their useless pills that generally do very little, TLT looks like a great opportunity to save your bladder. $50,000 is worth the gamble, after all, all the alternatives seem to be useless. Hey we will give you a two year money back guarantee on your 2 treatments. If it doesn't work, you can have your money back. With over 80,000 NMIBC patients in the USA I think we could easily have 1000's of patients lined up. Who the hell would not jump at a money back guarantee on a cancer treatment. Damn we could probably charge $100,000 with that type of guarantee !
I think you are fishing for an easy solution that just isn't there. I don't know about the lining up part as it would end up being a medical procedure for the rich. Not too many average people have $100,000 to blow on a still experimental treatment. The FDA would never allow it nor would the major drug companies who must shell out hundreds of millions to get a drug approved.
