RE:Drifting back down once again.There is such a tiny fraction of shares trading on any particular day that weird things happen.  Look at the bid-ask spread to see that this stock does not behave normally. All we need are a few institutional investors wanting a stake, and there will be a huge change in price, and it should stick if building has been initiated.  I'm hanging on and it seems that 99.99% of the rest of the held shares are too.
