RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What happened?Skier59, what you are proposing would amount to a loophole whereby companies could use the right to try to circumvent the normal FDA testing procedure. Your suggestion is just a twist on the opening of a Mexican clinic that some posters were once saying would be the budget solution to proving the treatment works. Big pharma has one of the most powerful lobbies in the States. They are not going to sit still while a small Canadian company tries to muscle in on their turf assuming the FDA would allow TLT to change the rules that have served them well for decades. You might as well face it if you're going to be a biotech long investor. Things move at a snail's pace and nothing comes cheap.
