RE:RE:RE:priceDmac, my brother from another mother. I do not “misstatement” or misinform in these channels. I don't do the pump and dumps, or try and bate people into investing because I want a higher price for some nefarious gains. I want a higher price for $fire because this company isn't priced in the same class as the rest of its classmates.
It’s funny that I find myself compelled to answer to your post Dmac, when really I should just ignore it, but I am going to use this opportunity to explain something to the readers on this board. Hopefully they can understand better the troubles with these stock boards, or twitter feeds (if they don’t already know) and why they are most always better off shutting themselves off from all this gobbledygook.
Another long one from me, got carried away with this Jean Guy in my pipe! Lol… Bear with me. ;)
There are people on these boards that manage to sway the stock holder enough, especially in the world of today, where people are acting as their own portfolio managers, through simply trolling the boards. They take advantage of the newbie investors, the “I work too hard all day to do all my own DD” investors, the old, the young, and just anyone with any level of uncertainty in their ability of self-money managing. And they do all this just by trolling through these channels on a daily basis,
as though it’s a day job?.
Best known trolls in the stock market boards are as followed...
The Bait and switch troll - They attacks you in hopes of getting you to make post after post of absolutely mind numbing drivel. This makes it harder for would be investors to get their information from these boards. Classic move right out of "the art of war". Won’t give an example here because it’s all over this board… Don't fall for it...
“If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him.”
Sun Tzu The seemingly harmless question troll - These guys ask what seem like completely harmless questions, with the pre knowledge that there are people who have already asked and don't know the answer to, or is a sensitive subject. This sets people up for uncertainty. Example:
“Hey guys, not sure, but isn’t this company supposed to be doing a RS soon on a 7:1 basis? I was going to invest but I’m not sure about this sort of future for my portfolio”. Don’t fall for this, they usually embellish sh!t and get the information way wrong just to cause a little panic and chaos. Also helps the trolls above.
“Supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.”
Sun Tzu The Intelligent Information Trolls – These guys are my favorite, because it actually take half a brain and effort to come in and cause this type of legitimate scare. They will usually be the first ones to capitalize on the fact that there is some sort of new news, or information available to people that would cause a panic or has the potential for it. They are usually gladly helped by the “Harmless question”, and “Bait and Switch” troll. Example: “I love that supreme is getting into the oil market but why aren’t they getting into the vapes, and pre rolls and etc. Why are they so seemingly useless at doing what the other “successful stock companies do?!”, Then watch the conversation divide lol.
“The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.”
Sun Tzu The ProStar investment Trolls – I’ll add these guys just cause if you’re on here following these stock boards you’re most likely on the pump and dump central of the Twitter feeds as well. These guys are the worst of them all!! They usually have the power of “followers”, and people that have made money following their lead. So when they attack, it’s in droves of pigeons sheitting all over your head and lunch. There are a few dudes that have I have seen posting almost on a weekly basis on twitter saying “I’m all cash, cause I expect the markets to go down anytime now”, using some sort of stock or index or ETF chart image, with lines drawn all over it explaining why they think so. I can’t help but laugh seeing these guys do their thing and get all their “likes”, because I know there’s a hand full of sharks out there looking at the numbers and saying “Well if all these morons expect a crash, let’s boom instead and make them wait, and make money when they finally start buying the fomo, AND THEN WE’LL SELL”. I’m sure there’s already a pet name given to these Sheep Birds in the investment firms with the power to move markets lol.
“All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when we are able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must appear inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.”
Sun Tzu My money is not your money, and if my money is to grow, your money needs to shrink. This is the basics of markets and how to invest into them... No one is your friend, no one can make you do what you don’t want, and I’m sure as sh!t not following anyone over a hill after putting my wallet in a bin for “safe keeping”, and you shouldn’t either. Do your DD, use what you hear on here with a grain of salt and to some extent shorten the time you spend doing that DD, and don’t listen to anyone, including myself! If you see me on here and I’m posting any kind of information and want the link (if I haven’t given it already), just ask and I’ll be happy to oblige.
Would be cool if these stock boards were a little more cooperative in nature, but imagine how that would impact the big firm investors and their bottom line, and then think whether or not splitting the focus is worth investing in the chaos…
“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
