Joint ventureSeems to me like joint venture in Greece news would make sp rise a bit instead of droping a penny.Are investors getting leery of cannabis penny stock news releases and adopting a show me more attitude,or is Greece news already priced in as I believe their where rumblings about it a couple months ago.glta
