This was after the Core board fired the CEO who the chinese firm had negotiated with.  What firm, from anywhere in the world, would confirm an agreement or fund an account, in such a situation?  The person they negotiated with, gone?


The Core board could be described as people who spit in the soup then say "See?  No one will eat the soup - that proves the soup is no good!"
