RE:couple questions1. Sen structured Infusion Bio separately from Infusion Bio CANADA. Sproutly owns The Canadian entity, which grants them APP rights to basically everywhere except US.  Sen ivented the magic ingredient, and I believe he was wise to protect it via patent, corporate structuring, etc.  We Sproutly shareholders of course hope that as US comes online, Sen and Sproutly can work something out to all of our benefit :)

2.  Go to Sproutly’s website and download their investor deck.  There are several slides that go in to the economics, but I’m not sure there is a COST, mentioned anywhere - just some estimates on market value of their Infuz2O vs flower.
