Unless they want to start from scratch. All recreational pot sold in Quebec will have to be grown in Quebec and employ people from Quebec to grow it.
Boris is completely frustrating , I wish he would close his F@cking twitter account and act like a
normal CEO,but that doesn't look like it is in the cards. I beleive George Brown will not let this
