RE:RE:RE:RE:Spéculation at its finest

RE:RE:RE:RE:Spéculation at its finest What we will find out when this deal is cut, is whether TV lives up to management's trust in them as being supportive of PLI or whether they have just been a wolf in lamb's clothing and just biding their time in supportive mode all this while waiting for the right moment to make their killing (pun intended). Some on this board have speculated that they will not do this as it would be bad for their reputation on wall street. I hope they are right, but in any case we will soon see the true measure of RV and whether they will tuen on you to make a boat load of money for themselves.

The only real question here in my mind is will it be just the investors who walk away with all the money or will the old investors get to share in some of the future revenue streams, This will all depend on how TV cuts this deal.

1) They can demand that before they put any more money in as a loan to PLI they turn their loan into equity right now which means a huge equity buy into the future revenue stream that investors thought was their promise of the future largely taken away from them. This akso would mean that the extension of their loans to 2014 was a meaningless gesture to look good momentarily but with no substance,

2) or TV can go along with a partial non core asset sale to take down some of the outstanding debit (to them mostly) and allow for just a small part of their loan to be converted (ON THE CHEAP) to equity and themselves extending the rest of the required $50-$79 Mil needed to get through to FDA aproval and start of revenue stream in 2020 without forcing and outside financor to come in from the outside whoWILL INSIST ON BETTER FINANCEAL SHEETS. This is all within the control of TV.

What all agree is that the science is good and large revenue streams will eventually acrue here starting 2020. The only question is who will that acrue to. To TV or at least insignificant part to the old (current) investors.

TV, it is now up to you. Show us the real you and how trust worthy you are and whether you will devour your partners or not, and carry them the remain few months to success or snatch it away before then. I am hoping management was right in trusting you with so much power over them.
