Heritage Cannabis issued over 80% of its issued and outstanding shares (over 375 million) at and aroung 4 cents to directors, associates, paid pumpers, etc. through issing warrants and dilution. Former CEO Jab Bal kept millions of shares at 4 cents. Now so called pumpers and insiders are simply diluting their shares.
