Did not see this coming, dissapointing. Last fall the CEO said they didn’t need to raise money as they had enough to execute their plan for 2019. They are also at break even for cash flow with the latest deal announced and more deals coming would make them cash flow posistive. Why raise now and not later at a higher share price. Uggh! GD
