RE:Delisting? I seen on their website they changed their address to Delray Beach Florida. Not sure when they did that but noticed it the other day. I guess that means atleast 1 thing in their nov 5 news release was true. 5 months and not a peep sure makes a guy wonder though. If they are just a shell company it shoulda closed a lot quicker. There’s gotta either be a lot more to it or it fell through. A guy would think if it fell through they woulda went to the Market for more money and start trading again. Then I guess there is always the real possibility in what you posted.
