Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I am looking forward to the following:

1.  German 10 day grace period ending with the same three companies approved;
2.  HC approval for DD;
3.  Green Growth bid come and gone;
4.  New CEO;
5.  Another LATAM update (hopefully directly through an APHA NR;
6.  Some decent sales numbers that demonstrate they are ramping up production.

Then perhaps a Joint Venture or partial buy in from pharma and/or alcohol.

I do not think this is wishful thinking.  All of these are in the works.

It has gotten better no doubt but it's hard not to think of how poor it was previously and it they will keep up the new and better PR. Let's enjoy the happy ride up to earnings!

It’s time  for a few clowns to close up and turn this board into a professional and productive board.

And a strong, improving EPS, eventually DIV yields. $1B revenue was an intentional underestimation by Irwin IMO. Lots of reasons to hold for years.
