RE:RE:RE:RE:Why Brookfield Management would SellDepends what institutions you are talking about? The ones who are buying in at 13.00$ would most likely not sell bellow that price . Otherwise they would just lose . The ones selling right now are trying to buy retail shares lower than that price because they assume it will be a bottom.  

You have to keep in mind this float is extremely thin. Only 10% , It is as close to a private company as you can get.
