RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:why im not worried14pt,I respectfully disagree with your lawsuit comment.After all acting in the best interest of shareholders is open to speculation.Much on this BB is slanted to the positive.We know PLI's pipeline has promise but that's not the point.The debt is ..it's always about the debt..that money is owed..it has to be repaid.Its that simple.The question is how.Couple that along with the fact that PLI has to continue as a going concern leaves PLI with no options.
I keep my points deliberately simple.I can ramble on and on about debt to equity napkin calculations but that means zero..BTW.Lawsuits have never been won by anyone regarding strategic options outcomes.
Everyone here forgets one thing...most common shares are NOT held by retailers.Theyre held by institutions.They will always benefit far more from strategic options than retail investors.Thats why there will not be any lawsuits .
