RE:What is another 17¢PLI won't go belly up.Theres value there. But common shareholders will get hit.I find it amazing that some here have tried to spin a potentialpositive about this debt to equity nonsense. What equity are these people posting about??.The only equity they have are the facilities that are producing plasma...That's it.And they've done that for years.Assigning equity value on what else exactly?Impending FDA approval?..successful trials?..idiotic hopes for the voucher?
No ..it doesn't work that way with a company this much in debt.
Now ,with a restructured company ,the shares owned by institutions will be converted to benefit them for the future. It won't matter to them if they lose money on a consolidation. They've all got tools for investing that retailers don't have...namely cash and tax offset strategies.
Retailors holding common shares actually aren't in that position. We can only offset gains with losses and besides ,we all lack inside info that you can bet institutions have.Besides that how much money does the average Joe here have to invest back into a new PLI?
It's going to be interesting to see which direction they go.They've only got one segment of their operations that's profitable..it's that segment that I'm interested in .I wonder how that's going to play out.
