Why doesn't Jumbo send that article to a few companies who might be interested in a deal? Reason - market no longer buying the fluff Neptune is selling. The market wants results and deals. Compare Nept to Labs - one is real and the other is run by salary sucking morons. Until Jumbo steps aside or actually does a deal the Neptune share price won't climb above $5. His 3yr+ run has been a joke - made him wealthy. Killed the krill company and now can't provide many deals to demonstrate to the market that NEpt is a leader.
Clock keeps on ticking - and still crickets.
